The geological cycle: the set of phenomena that affect the surface crust and mantle are considered to be chained process steps in time. 3 stages are considered:
* Training of relief: singularly of mountain ranges, with all the accompanying phenomena, the whole constitutes the orogeny.
* Destruction of relief, caused by the action of external actors: the Gliptogénesis.
* Production of new types of rock materials: from the debris originated in gliptogénesis and incorporated materials from the mantle, are the processes lithogenesis.
Orogenesis is training mountains and ridges that is produced by compressive deformation of sediments deposited in a sedimentary basin or geosyncline. These sediments are folded and fractured, creating the relief of the Earth. Http://feedjit.com/join/
